Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Canvas art work is typically delivered within 2-5 days from day of purchase.

For Home Objects, if in-stock pieces typically take 1 week following order placement. If the item is made to order, our standard lead time will be based on the artisan craftmanship and season. Typically we aim for 2-4 weeks.

For Rugs, if in-stock pieces typically take 1 week following order placement. If the item is made to order, delivery time will be based on the rug type, tufted approximately 6 weeks, hand knotted approximately 13-15 weeks, dependent on size and complexity.

If you have specific timing requirement, we recommend contacting through WhatsApp to avoid missed deliveries.

How will my order be delivered?

Our delivery and shipping service is done with care and consideration to ensure your purchased art work arrives safely.

Canvases, home home objects and rugs are bubble wrapped and delivered by a professional courier.

How much is shipping fee for large or heavy items?

The fee is determined by the weight and scale of the object. Some art requires heavy lifting or multiple persons to carry due to size and how fragile the items is.

Does my Canvas come in a frame?

Our large to medium art pieces are stretched on canvas but are not additionally framed.

Only our mini series come with a frame.

What regions do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only within the UAE.

Returns

What is the return policy?

As a bespoke store, returns policy varies per product.

As paintings are one of one, paintings are non refundable. If you would like further information on a painting before purchasing you can WhatsApp Elka Muse directly.

All Home Objects and rugs may be returned, within 14 days of receiving the delivery. There are terms and conditions that apply.

Terms and conditions - if home objects or rugs are requested for return, a 50% restock fee is applied, plus shipping fee.

Orders

Are slight variations in my order considered defects?

No, slight variations in color, grain, or finish are not considered defects. Elka Muse products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials.

These variations are inherent to our production process and contribute to the unique character of each item, making each piece one-of-a-kind.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Ownership transfers upon carrier possession. Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us via WhatsApp to report damage.

Can I place a large order for a design project or business?

Yes, please contact at Savannah@elkamusedesigns.com to discuss large orders for design projects.

This could be, multiple rug or multiple home object orders, to bespoke art work commissioned for a particular project.
